First of all I got this book for an amazing £2.49!!! Charity shop steals are always the best things!

I loved this book so much, the way that Riggs intertwines a complex narrative world of time travel and alternate worlds, with the ability for it to easily interpreted by the reader is amazing (if that makes sense at all).
I did not think that I would be taken in by the plot but I found myself intrigued by the life of Jacob and the stories that his Grandfather told.
Riggs has an amazing way of allowing the reader into the mind of Jacob, allowing us to feel, see and hear what he does.
